Banana Mochaccino Protein Smoothie

This extra creamy Banana Mochaccino Protein Smoothie is the right amount of protein, carbs and caffeine to fuel the rest of my day or refuel after a tough workout. Plus, it could not be easier to make or tastier to taste!

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
  • 1/2-3/4 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup Fairlife brand nonfat milk
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon instant coffee, or to taste
  • 3-4 ice cubes, or as needed

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender until thick and creamy. Enjoy!

Thin Mint Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
  • ¼ soft avocado
  • ½ to 1-cup milk of choice
  • ¼ teaspoon mint extract (or to taste)
  • 1-2 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1 cup frozen spinach
  • Ice (optional)

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender except chocolate chips. Blend until smooth. Add in the chocolate chips and pulse a few times. Pour in a glass and enjoy!
