This Pumpkin Pie Protein Smoothie is perfect for babies, toddlers and Mamas! It's packed with protein and full of fall pumpkin spice flavors. Here’s how to make it:

Pumpkin Pie Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

2 ounces pumpkin puree
1/4 cup milk of choice (I used Fairlife whole milk for the littles)
1/2 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 frozen medium banana

Instructions:

  1. Add all to a blender and process until smooth. Add ice if necessary. Note: Makes 1 serving
