Tahini Date Balls

Tahini Butter Date Balls

Makes 8-10 balls
Ingredients:

16 medium dates, Medjool, soak in water for 10 minutes, then drain
1/2 cup dry oatmeal
1/4 cup tahini butter
1/4 cup sesame seeds

Instructions:

  1. Place softened dates, oats, and tahini butter in a food processor or blender and process until smooth.

  2. Roll the mixture into small balls.

  3. Pour the sesame seeds in a small bowl. Roll each ball gently in the sesame seeds. Place on parchment paper and allow to firm up in the fridge 30 minutes. Store in the fridge.
