Tuna Noodle Casserole
This classic Tuna Noodle Casserole could not be easier to throw together in a flash. Using high fiber noodles and double the tuna provides staying power without altering the recipe. With only 4 ingredients, it’s the perfect dinner for busy families of all ages.
Tuna Noodle Casserole
Ingredients:
1/2 box dry elbow noodles, cooked according to package - I like Barilla Protein Pasta Elbow noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 (4-ounce) cans solid white tuna in water, drained
1/2 cup frozen peas, or more if desired
splash of milk of choice
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cook noodles according to box, undercook by 1-2 minutes if desired. Drain and set aside.
Combine all ingredients including the cooked noodles in a casserole dish. Bake uncovered 20-30 minutes, until heated through.
