Pumpkin Pie Protein Smoothie
Ingredients:
2 ounces pumpkin puree
1/4 cup milk of choice (I used Fairlife whole milk for the littles)
1/2 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 frozen medium banana
Instructions:
Add all to a blender and process until smooth. Add ice if necessary. Note: Makes 1 serving
