Get festive for St. Patrick’s Day with these protein-packed mini green waffles! The secret ingredient for making them green? Matcha!

If you’re not a fan of Matcha, you can use spinach to make your waffles turn green. Otherwise just 2-3 teaspoons Matcha will do the trick.

Matcha Waffles

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Kodiak Cakes pancake mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2-3 teaspoons Matcha powder
  • Instructions:
    1. Combine ingredients in a medium bowl with a whisk.
    2. Cook in small batches using a waffle iron or as pancakes on a greased skillet.
