Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Hummus

Forget traditional Hummus! Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Hummus is a low-sugar sweet snack with only 104 calories per serving and packed with nutrients.

Serving Size: Makes 10 (1/4 cup) servings

Ingredients:
  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed under hot water
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon bakind powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • Instructions:
    1. Drain the chickpeas and run under hot water.
    2. Combine all ingredients except the chocolate chips in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth.
    3. Fold in the chocolate chips.
    4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
    5. Serve with sliced fruit, pretzels, graham crackers, on toast, or on a spoon!
