Air Fryer BBQ Pizza
/The crust on this delicious BBQ pizza comes together with just two main ingredients - flour and greek yogurt! Plus, the options are endless when it coms to toppings! We went with what we had on hand, a bit of BBQ sauce, shredded jack cheese, corn, and smoked turkey that was leftover from last week. Feel free to try your favorite marinara sauce, pepperoni, or even hummus!
You don’t need an Air Fryer to make this pizza. It can be baked up in the oven, on the stovetop and even on the grill. And if you have a pizza oven that would work too!
First, mix the ingredients for the dough with a fork until crumbly. Finish with your hands. Then using either your hands or rolling pin, spread the dough out into a thin layer. I made mine the shape of my air fryer basket so that it could fit inside well. If you have a smaller air fryer, you could make a few small personal pizzas and cook them in batches.
Then spread on your sauce, cheese and toppings.
Air Fry at 400 degrees for 5-8 minutes, until the edges are golden brown. Enjoy!
