Thin Mint Shake
/Got a craving for Girl Scout cookies but don't want the guilt? Try this nutrient packed Thin Mint protein shake that will crush your cravings without packing on pounds.

Ingredients:
- 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
- ¼ soft avocado
- ½ to 1-cup milk of choice
- ¼ teaspoon mint extract (or to taste)
- 1-2 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate chips
- 1 cup frozen spinach
- Ice (optional)
Instructions:
- lace all ingredients in a blender except chocolate chips. Blend until smooth. Add in the chocolate chips and pulse a few times. Pour in a glass and enjoy!
